How do I submit a support request or report an issue?
Search through our knowledge base to see if your issue isn’t already known.
Alternatively, you can contact your local admin users or submit a support request via support@goact.com.au
Why can't I log in?
Here are a few things to consider:
Completely re-start your web browser (e.g. Chrome or Safari) and try again !
Can other team members log in? If not, submit a support request.
Have you been able to log in before? If not, submit a support request.
If you are having password issues, use the Forgotten password button on the log in page to reset your password.
If all else fails, contact us through a support request and report any error messages.
Why can't I see any clients?
Please check that you have the correct Filter settings
NOTE: If you are a clinic ‘provider‘ user, you will only have access to clients assigned to you as the Clinician. Ask an admin member to transfer clients to you or alter your permissions to that of a ‘provider-admin‘
